Minimum stays may be required during certain time periods.

Deposit required: One day's rental on daily reservations. 50% on weekly rentals.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express or check are accepted for reservation deposits.
Room deposit refundable on 21 day notice. Refunds will be minus a $25.00 service charge.
Date changes will incur a $25 service charge, including shortening but not lengthening stay. Date changes must be done at least 7 days prior to check in date.
All persons must be 21 years of age, or accompanied by parents or guardian, to stay in rooms.
